Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Helio. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Continued use of Helio after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Helio provides astrology-based digital guidance and self-care resources, including but not limited to:

• Free “Cosmic Snapshot” reports (Sun, Moon, Rising sign insights).
• Paid birth chart analyses and personalized dashboards that store your astrological results for future access.
• Personalized self-care recommendations based on your chart.
• Curated third-party crystal and wellness product suggestions (e.g., The Rozu).

Helio does not sell physical products directly. Purchases of third-party items are subject to those vendors’ terms and policies.

When using Helio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful birth details for chart calculations.
• Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not share or resell your personalized reports for profit.
• Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Services.
• Respect our intellectual property rights and those of third parties.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access to Helio.

Helio provides astrology-based guidance for inspiration, entertainment, and personal growth. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You should:

• Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
• Seek licensed professionals for mental health, financial, or legal advice.
• Treat Helio’s insights as complementary, not a substitute for professional care or decision-making.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment partners.

Digital services are delivered immediately upon successful payment.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once a digital service has been delivered.

If you made an error in your input (e.g., incorrect birth date or time), contact info.itshelio@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we will work with you to correct it.

Free Services

No personal or astrological data is stored when using free services.

Paid Services

If you purchase a paid service, we securely store:

• Your name, email, and birth details.
• Your astrology results, so they can be accessed in your dashboard anytime.

Accounts and Authentication

Users may sign in via Google or email/password using Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Privacy

Your use of Helio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, store, and protect your information.

Helio may link to or recommend third-party businesses (e.g., The Rozu for crystal products). We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or policies of third-party products or services. Your use or purchase of third-party products is entirely at your own risk and subject to their terms.

All content, algorithms, designs, branding, and materials provided by Helio are the exclusive property of Helio and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Helio content without written permission.
• Use Helio’s trademarks, logos, or branding without prior authorization.
• Create derivative works, scrape data, or attempt to extract source code or algorithms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Helio is not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on our Services.
• Helio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Helio is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
• Helio is not liable for third-party products, recommendations, or external links.

In no event shall Helio’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.

Significant changes will be communicated via website notice or email.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. By using Helio, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Helio if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
